Product Range

We provide transparent hot melt adhesive in various grades that are suitable for various applications. The range variables are open time, viscosity and set speed.

Standard Grade — General purpose bonding for packagings, carton sealing and light assembly. Good balance of open time for majority of automated dispensing systems.

Fast-Set Grade —Less time for open lines in high-speed production lines where quick bonding is needed. Used as preferred in packaging and nonwoven processes at high line speed.

High-Viscosity Grade —  Proprietary in-house formulation for applications where the gap-filling and substrate penetration was required. Ideal for woodwork, edge banding and bonding porous and uneven surfaces.

High-Temperature Grade — Designed for use in end-use applications where the bonded assembly will be used at higher temperatures. Resists softening at standard grades, keeping bond integrity.

All grades are offered in pellet, stick, block and pillow format for hand gun, tank fed, slot die and automatic dispenser equipment.

Automotive Components：Attaching interior trim, filter assembly and acoustic panel. High-temperature grade keeps the bonds intact in under hood and cabin areas.

Textile and Footwear:Interlining attachment, sole bonding and fabric lamination. Good initial grip and final bond that can be bent while in service.
