Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped to support the stable and efficient production of EVA and PUR hot melt adhesives. From raw material processing, mixing and melting to quality inspection and final packaging, each stage follows standardized manufacturing procedures and is supported by dedicated production equipment. Our organized production environment enables efficient workflow, consistent processing conditions and reliable batch-to-batch performance, while professional packaging facilities ensure finished products are properly prepared for storage and international shipment.
Automatic Production Lines
We operate multiple fully automatic production lines built around stainless-steel reaction kettles, precision screw extruders, constant-speed cooling systems, automatic cutting and screening machines, and automated packaging lines. Each line is dedicated to specific adhesive categories to avoid cross-contamination and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
EVA Hot Melt Line
For packaging, bookbinding, woodworking edge banding, and general-purpose EVA-based adhesives.
PUR Hot Melt Line
For high-performance furniture edge banding, structural bonding, and moisture-cured PUR formulations.
Specialty Adhesive Line
For custom OEM/ODM formulations, including automotive, electronics, hygiene, and low-temperature application adhesives.
Standardized Manufacturing Process
Our factory uses fully automated production lines and implements standardized 5S management, covering the entire production process from raw material supply to finished product packaging. Each step strictly follows operating procedures to ensure consistent bonding performance across all batches of products.
- Raw Material Pre-treatment
We select high-purity base polymer, tackifier and other raw materials from top-tier suppliers, and perform pre-drying and filtration treatment to eliminate impurities and ensure raw material stability. - High-Temperature Melting & Mixing
Raw materials are fully melted and blended in sealed reaction kettles at controlled temperature, with our proprietary formula added to achieve targeted viscosity, temperature resistance and curing speed. - Extrusion & Forming
The melted adhesive is extruded through precision screw equipment and shaped into pellets, sticks or blocks, with constant-speed cooling to avoid internal bubbles and performance deviation. - Cutting & Screening
Formed products are cut to standard sizes, and automatically screened by equipment to remove defective products with abnormal shape or size. - Final Inspection & Packaging
Finished products go through full performance testing before packaging, to ensure each batch meets the specified quality standards.
Intelligent Warehousing & Fast Order Fulfillment
Our 3,000 sqm intelligent warehousing system ensures on-time delivery for every batch. The warehouse is equipped with temperature and humidity control, dedicated storage zones, and an inventory management system that tracks every pallet from receipt to shipment.
The facility is divided into four dedicated zones — raw material storage, finished-goods storage, quality inspection holding area, and shipping and loading area — to ensure strict separation and efficient material flow. Standard formulations are kept in safety stock, allowing repeat orders to ship within 7 working days, while custom OEM/ODM batches are moved directly to shipping after final QC.
All inventory follows a first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation system, with each pallet labeled with batch number, production date, and expiration date for full traceability. Our warehouse team works with major freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure fast loading and reliable transit to ports worldwide.

You can visit our production process in person or virtually online to learn more. You will have the opportunity to observe raw material processing, reaction, mixing, filling, and finished product packaging, all of which are carried out strictly according to standard procedures. Please contact our sales team in advance to schedule a visit; we will arrange face-to-face technical discussions or a remote video tour. We can also provide free adhesive samples if needed.
Packaging & Delivery Time
We use industrial-grade moisture-proof packaging to ensure product performance remains stable during long-distance sea, air and railway transportation.
Packaging Specifications
- Standard package: 25kg per bag, with inner waterproof PE film and outer woven bag
- Custom option: Private label and package specifications can be customized according to client requirements
- Loading method: Palletized loading for container transport, effectively avoiding extrusion damage during transit
Delivery Time
- Standard stock products: Shipped within 7-15 working days
- Custom formula products: Around 10 working days after sample confirmation
- We support FOB, CIF, EXW and other common trade terms, and can arrange global logistics services.
