Applications
Packaging and Carton Sealing
Fast setting EVA adhesive is the main application for carton sealing at high line speeds. The window of opportunity between adhesive application and compression seal is milliseconds at 200, 300 or 400 units per minute. These speeds are too fast for an adhesive to bond before compression, or line speed would have to be lowered to compensate.
Our fast setting EVA adhesive is specially designed for this window. It works on coated board, recycled liner and kraft substrates on RSC cartons, display boxes and specialty packaging formats. Works with the most popular automated packaging systems such as Lantech, Wexxar, and Endpak configurations.

Furniture and Woodworking
In furniture production, waiting for the adhesive to set is time lost when the press, clamp or operator is not working. That wait can be cut with fast setting EVA adhesive: bonded assemblies come out of the clamping press earlier, panels move faster to the next operation, and the total number of pieces per shift goes up, with no changes to equipment.
It will reliably bond to MDF, particleboard, solid wood and wood veneer, and will withstand daily furniture loading of joints and drawer cycling and impact on surfaces. The formaldehyde-free formulation takes one material off your compliance checklist for manufacturers supplying into CARB Phase 2 markets or European furniture compliance frameworks.

Automotive Components
Automotive interior assembly is performed to fixed cycle times. Adhesive for trim bonding, headliner attachment, acoustic panel lamination and filter component assembly must cure within the cycle – not after it. Our fast setting EVA adhesive sets within the time available allowing downstream assembly to proceed on schedule.
