Glue hot melt

Glue Hot Melt, designed specifically for book binding, uses an innovative polymer formula that breaks through the material limitations of traditional adhesives and can perfectly bond various binding materials including coated paper, recycled paper, synthetic film (PET/PP), leather, fabric lining, and metal foil. Whether it is paperback books, hardcover books, art albums, or special printed products, it can achieve high-strength, weather-resistant, and seamless and beautiful bonding effects.

Compatibility with all materials

Paper:

Coated paper (matte/glossy): glue layer penetration ≤3% to avoid ink smearing.

Recycled paper (containing 30%+ recycled fiber): Add tackifying resin to improve the adhesion of porous surfaces.

Synthetic materials:

PET film/PP lamination: polar modified formula achieves molecular-level bonding, peel strength ≥10 N/mm².

Metallic hot stamping foil: temperature resistance up to 150°C, suitable for hot pressing process without delamination.

Special materials:

Leather/fabric: open time extended to 30 seconds, convenient for manual hardcover positioning.
