Temperature Classification

In the actual book production process, choosing the appropriate hot melt book glue temperature requires comprehensive consideration of factors
such as the paper type, thickness, binding requirements and equipment conditions of the book to achieve the best binding effect.

Low temperature

Melting temperature range: usually between 100℃~120℃.

Applicable scenarios: suitable for thin sheets of paper that are sensitive to temperature, lightweight books or occasions that require quick bonding.

Medium temperature

Melting temperature range: generally between 120℃~150℃.

Applicable scenarios: widely used in the binding of ordinary books, magazines, manuals, etc., and is a more common hot melt book glue.

High temperature

Melting temperature range: usually 150℃~180℃ or even higher.

Applicable scenarios: suitable for the binding of hardcover books, heavy books, high-quality printed materials, etc., to ensure the firmness and durability of books.
