How EVA Hot Melt Adhesive Works?
The EVA hot melt adhesive does not need any curing or drying time, unlike solvent-based or water-based adhesives. Rather, it goes through a three-step bonding procedure that is appropriate for high-speed industrial manufacturing settings.

The hot melt applicator melts the solid EVA adhesive into a liquid. The processing temperatures are generally in the range of 85°C to 180°C, depending on the grade of EVA adhesive.
