Storage:

Storage and transportation should be between 6℃ and 35℃, and avoid sunlight; below 6℃, the molecular structure of the glue is prone to change, which will weaken the performance of the glue or even make it ineffective.
It is recommended to use it first in first out to avoid expiration. The shelf life is 6 months under normal conditions;
The remaining glue must be sealed and stored;
Disposal should be in accordance with local laws and regulations;

Please read the “Product Technical Manual” and “Product Safety Manual” carefully before use, be sure to choose the appropriate model, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment;
Before formal production, tests must be carried out first, and mass production can only be carried out after confirmation; during use, the replacement of materials must be tested first, and then used after confirmation;
Before use, pay attention to the material condition, such as: surface energy, ink layer thickness, varnish thickness, film corona value, etc. If the material is particularly poor, remedial measures should be taken, such as edge grinding, plasma damage, etc.
Glue is active, and its activity varies with temperature. It is more active at 15℃~20℃. Therefore, when using glue in winter, you can store the glue in an environment above 20℃ one day in advance, so that the effect will be better when used.
Before loading, be sure to stir it well. The glue will produce water vapor under the current temperature conditions, and the water vapor will condense on the barrel cover. After logistics transportation, the water droplets formed by the water vapor will drip into the glue. Therefore, when opening a new barrel of glue, the surface of the glue will be thinner, so be sure to stir it well.
Please do not add water by yourself. If you need to dilute it, please consult our engineer first;
During use, the captain should check the amount of glue in the glue tank and the amount of glue applied to the product at any time to avoid no glue or uneven glue on the product.
Stop the machine for more than 20 minutes, then pour out the glue from the glue tank, clean and dry the glue tank (it is recommended to blow dry with compressed air to avoid residual moisture); if the actual operation is difficult, it is recommended to wrap the glue tank with plastic wrap to prevent the glue from being exposed to the air for a long time, forming glue crust, and affecting the next production.
The glued boxes should have sufficient squeezing time, it is recommended to be more than 20 minutes, so that the two bonding surfaces are fully in contact with the glue particles; the squeezing time of the coated products should be extended;
There should be sufficient static time until the moisture in the glue is completely evaporated and the glue particles work. It is recommended to leave it for more than 12 hours in summer and more than 24 hours in winter to avoid the moisture freezing before it is completely dry;
This product cannot be mixed with other similar products or solvents;
It is recommended to use it up within 24 hours after opening and keep it sealed at all times;
Please save glue.
