Professional hot melt adhesive solution for stronger bonding

Hot melt glue Sticks

Fast curing: bonding after cooling, can bond paper, wood, plastic, metal, fabric and other materials

Main ingredients and types of hot melt glue sticks

Hot melt glue sticks are an efficient and environmentally friendly bonding solution. The type should be selected based on
material properties, operating environment and performance requirements (such as temperature resistance and elasticity).

EVA Hot melt glue Sticks

It is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as the main material, with thickening resin and wax added. It is low-cost and highly versatile, suitable for bonding porous materials such as paper and wood, but its temperature resistance is weak (usually <60°C) and it is easy to soften at high temperatures. It is widely used in handmade DIY, packaging and sealing, and ordinary book binding.

PUR Hot melt glue Sticks

Based on polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive (moisture curing), it absorbs moisture in the air after bonding to form a high-strength cross-linked structure. It has excellent temperature resistance (up to 120°C) and strong impact resistance, but it needs to be stored in a strictly moisture-proof manner to prevent premature curing. It is mainly used for bonding hardcover books, electronic products and automotive precision parts.

TPU Hot melt glue Sticks

It uses thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material, which has both high elasticity and wear resistance, and can be bent repeatedly without cracking. It has outstanding bonding effects on flexible materials (such as fabrics and rubber) and has good low temperature resistance. It is commonly used in shoe material processing, sports equipment and flexible packaging, and is more environmentally friendly than traditional glue sticks.
